Videography / Investing Partnership?

Hi! I am an aspiring real estate investor. :) Looking forward to starting our journey later this year through house hacking and potentially rental arbitrage, and then using those profits to invest in vacation rentals. 

My husband and I own a videography business. I’m wondering if it might be possible to partner with someone on an investment property in exchange for videography services. We have years of experience with real estate videography and my husband does a beautiful job, if I do say so myself. We can also create corporate films as well as weddings and events. 

It will take us quite awhile to save a 20% down payment on an investment property, as we are just purchasing our first home. But I’m eager to get going in this business. But perhaps someone has the cash to invest and is in need of videography services  

It just occurred to me today that perhaps we could do this type of exchange with someone, and I wanted to put it out into the universe and see if it seemed like a realistic idea or a pipe dream. ;)
