We toured their facility & having done a lot of rehab etc I was impressed with the construction & designs.At the time we visited they were building components for a commercial with high end units above a store front strip that was very well done.

Am I able to contact the tenant directly to schedule a visit or it has to go thru the agent?

I failed to mention that I will be frequently coming back to Midland for work as well as to visit family, so the distance doesn’t really bother me.

In my view you are a good 6 months ahead of the guy if you buy now. 

I suspect my poor experience with Furnished Finder is because my units are very close to Harvard & MIT and, as such, are very popular with visiting scholars who are willing to pay top dollar for the amenities and location.
