Out of state investing -Indiana market

Hi BP members,

I'm looking to begin my investment journey outside of FL and Indiana is market I'd like to visit and get a lay of the land.

I'll be visting for a weekend in August to conduct my own dillgence and would like to connect with realtors and contractors.  If anyone has any recommendations on people they can connect me with or would be willing to grab lunch, I'd love to meet to learn more about Indiana market.
