Sadly with burglars, you're often dealing with folks that deal with substance abuse, and that tends to make them a bit more fearless.

But at the same time I don't see much more risk in the drug dealer than the chronic DUI offender who commits manslaughter, or the sexual predator tenant who molests a neighbor, as aforementioned.

Some are good, most are not, IMO.I am very familiar with the operations and the great potential for abuse, not my the tenants, but by the organizations that sponsor them.

In our area, and I'm sure in yours, there are a few organizations that take care of abandoned and abused children.

They may prevent discrimination based on sexual preference, or a number of other items at the local level.It makes me really nervous that you asked this on a public forum, then denied them anyway.
