Land sales is where I cut my teeth many moons ago.. to sell land its all about terms... easy down easy payments no qualifying .. just look at the land geek guys on this site.. they sell worthless desert junk and sell it because they offer easy easy terms.. plain and simple..

But if your just buying old desert plats and there is no obvious mining operations I doubt it really matters either way...

Along with in Vegas is you get a nice stucco building with tile roof and desert landscape SUPER cheap to own and operate cap ex wise compared to the mid west / rust belt
