careful with that approach. lets say you scheduled for 2pm. your rental is in C-. 3 ghetto queens with their baby daddies came over to check out the crib. standing there complaining about everything ...they will soon start arguing with each other...while ..there is another couple back there that just entered. they are looking at you, looking at them making 180 and leaving without a word. u know that couple would make perfect tenants ...but after what they saw they want as far away from this place as possible. screen first over the phone before you do group showings ....they always lie over the phone ...so what to do ?
