Any knowledge if it works in Houston, San Antonio, or Dallas?

For example, if you look at Houston, The Woodlands Sugarland Texas the total building permits issued based on annual report was 42673, but if you add up all 12 months from the monthly report the total was 44879.Please note that I used the monthly/annual reports titled "New Privately Owned Housing Units Authorized Unadjusted Units by Metropolitan Area" which I got from https://www.census.gov/construction/bps/I just want to make sure my analysis is accurate.

banks got out of rehab lending years ago.. unless you have a small commercial bank and a banker that will do something special for you.. which you could have going to a big bank is waste of time they don't have that product and have not had it in years unless you have multi millions on deposit with them and are in their private banking group.. this is why HML has sky rocketed.. they have filled a niche the banks left.
