Wholeselling in Austin TX?
Anyone whole-selling in Austin? I know that real estate is sky rocketing over here so I'm assuming competition for properties is fierce. I'm almost 18 and I'm going to start my own whole-selling company and I was wondering is it worth to compete in the Austin market or should I look to a different location in Texas? How should I approach this?
