Converting an ordinary Multifamily for Section 8
How long does it take and how expensive is it to convert units into section 8 housing? Is this difficult? Is it hard to maintain section 8 status?

Do you want to accept vouchers or get the building certified as section 8?
Really depends on your county, talk to the housing program folks in your county.
