I thought we would be staging & listing yesterday/this week (week of 6/10/19) but we got hit with another round of downpours starting last Thursday which slowed down the drying of the floors (stain) which delayed delivery and installation of appliances and also delayed staging (obviously since floors aren't complete).

Within 30 days after the termination of the tenant's lease or licensee's agreement, the owner or lessee shall return by personal delivery, registered or certified mail...I would tell the tenant, in writing, that you will return it in accordance with NJ law once they provide a forwarding address.
