They hvae never demanded anything out of me, demanded that I come right away, etc.So, when I read the question of "if there's a clogged drain and I have to call ti get it snaked, that should be their responsibility", how do you break the news to them without damaging the relationship?

First it was complaints about having to have her pipe snaked 6 weeks after buying (new Septic and new pipes).

.- Bugs/Snakes-   I'm originally from Louisiana; and Belize has far less bugs, Mosquitoes, and snakes than I ever grew up with in a Creek bottom in the middle of a National Forest.- I love nature and trees. 

I hope it's not to late for this but please tell me you have seen a preliminary title report and there are no snakes hiding under a rock!

Sounds kind of snake-oil-ish to me.

In my situation, I simply contacted the listing broker, explained very frankly that some time had passed, blah, blah, blah and that the last thing I wanted to do was stomp on toes or "snake" a deal behind his back.

I saw some books on Amazon , but was not sure which were snake oil and which would actually help some. 

Is my property ‘snake bit’ because of this hack job appraisal?

I haven't been down to OKC yet but I hear great things and definitely plan on catching a Thunder game next season.

I find the Old school wisdom and straight talk approach he dishes out much to my liking and a refreshing variation on the hucksters appearing every few years always trying to sell you the latest snake oil.
