It sounds like you have a good background for a successful REI career.

Offer them a substantial non-refundable option fee to show I’m serious, deductible from purchase price, then use the option period to either find a cash buyer to flip it to or find suitable financing for myself to hold it.

In my career in the car industry, I have made many contacts including tradesmen as well as business owners, including an apartment complex owner who is beginning to exit them due to obligations in his other companies.

If you are doing part-time, then there are some expenses you can skip all together. 10 weeks is not long to start a whole new career and I can tell you what firm I would suggest for a new, part-time agent.

My whole career is in real estate accounting.

Not to mention the commission I (hopefully) earn can serve as capital input to future investments.That being said, I would like to focus my career as an agent on investment properties.

Stating my career as Real Estate Investor
