I found this site about 18 months ago and I have been studying here, on YouTube, and book reading for about 8 to 10 hours a day (7 days per week) while I medically recover from  a.brain anuerism and a stroke I had a little over 6 years ago I had at age 54.

My position is if you have money and can stroke a check and want to have a big over view and then decide go for it.if you have to put it on credit cards that in my mind means your not properly capitalized to do real estate in any fashion.
