Is there a sticky on this forum that has maybe a basic list of numbers you want to crunch to determine how profitable the investment can be other than the 50% and 2% rule?

He told me that he uses the purple fogger from HD and tests with sticky traps.

Recently got a duplex (foreclosure) and there were small stickers ALL OVER the bedroom walls and something sticky on the wall by the closet.

The sticky part is that many mortgages institute a payment in full upon demand when they hear that the property is under land contract.
