Roomies.com / facebook groups / facebook marketplace can get a lot a spam or unqualified candidates but can work if you have the time to swift through them

Now the whole BP nation is going to be spamming you on skype.

I'm sure my message when to your spam or something so you probably never saw it lolI have done city projects but they are just so horrible with inspections and everything else so I have shifted my focus completely to the suburbs only now and so far it has been much better, hopefully it continues that way!

That seems like a surefire way to piss them off in a review "I paid for this house, and now I get to be spammed?"

That's amazing, they know what we are talking about....Dave Meyer, I forgot about email, mine is so backed up I gave up trying to delete them, even by the page it's a major pain.Much of that is my fault as I'm on several sites (boating, motorcycle) and somehow everytime someone makes a comment I get notified and couldn't find how to opt out, so I'm bombed with stuff, add the RE and spam and it's a mess.

Or, we've even had it happen where we were sending the client back replies but they never saw them because their email was filtering them out as spam for some reason.

I’ll never go back to using Craigslist.Craigslist is garbage - full of scammers and apartment complexes spamming the site.
