Gm anyone interested in a duplex, near the Myrtle Beach?

Tertiary goal is to learn enough and build enough so that when I do retire from the fire department I can take my knowledge and skills with me to my new location - most likely a beach somewhere in the Carolinas - and be able to invest locally in beach rentals. 

@Gabriel Mendez I am in SoCal as well (Huntington Beach), and have been considering this as side work as well after speaking at length with the notary I used for closing on my last out of state deal. 

they live in very good neighborhoods , built in pools , or they have a beach house and or a 45 ft sport fisherman for ocean fishing .  

Hello BP -I'm a real estate broker here in Long Beach, California and I have a client that would like to sell his condo rental, that is paid off, and do a 1031 exchange for a larger multi-family property.

I am curious about Airbnb beach rentals.

If you have a HELOC or 401K it will help..I like the Florida market and explored some cities in FL when deciding to invest out of state, Florida you need to pay close attention to Insurance prices depending where in FL you invest can be a major expense..I love the coast and beaches but I wouldn’t invest next to the coast especially being Out of State.

It is not on the beach. 

Occasionally I'm out in LA, love writing there and of course the beach/people!

I have a broker who is willing to hire me part time, thankfully so maybe that is my silver lining.
