I'd do your due diligence to understand if there are parking or use restrictions here that might make backfilling the office space more difficult in the future.- So I understand correctly that you will "cash flow" or profit $80K a year? 

Hello,Over the past 2 years I bought three mobile home parks, and to make a long story short I was able to sell one but got stuck with 2 that were condemned.

Maybe you will have a closer commute to work, maybe you're closer to parks, favorite restaurants, interesting events, etc.

I made some nice curb appeal improvements, added parking spot rentals, added the U-haul dealer, improved internet presence, advertised in local papers and are affiliated with MySpareFoot.

You will have to get the alderman on board (politics..) and then the neighbors about hours and parking..It's a cool project, it feels like you make an impact on the community, but I would only do that if I had too much money, nothing to do with my time and looking for a proper challenge.

I also have invested on the north side of the city in Albany Park and Irving Park neighborhoods because I was comfortable with them after having lived there back in grad school. 

I have a house there too near Stuart Patterson Park.

we also have boat and RV parking at another location which is almost full.
