A different plumber actually utilized a snake camera to visually check the alignment of the drain system and it was properly built, including the p-trap. 

Maybe you need to upgrade to use the Simplisafe cameras, I don't know.

If your in small town USA, no security systems- fences, gates, or cameras can be the norm.

The neighbor has installed security cameras in the hallway to monitor my tenant and even questions my tenants guests. 

I did one via FaceTime and the agent was so surprised anyone would do this but again I knew that area, I just needed someone to walk me through the house and point the camera around.

My security cameras (outside only) would catch it if 20 people showed up when only 6 were mentioned at booking.

Another small add-on to protect your property is a remote video camera that does not require any attached devices.
