The one thing that stood out to me the most was how all communication done by @Engelo Rumora was detailed, but straight to the point and how he always listened and tried to understand any concerns/issues that were brought up and was quick in doing his best to make things right.

Do not listen to most brokers who don't tell you the whole picture. 

Everything I’ve read or listened to says going to meet ups is the best way to connect and build relationships.

I need some advice, I continue to learn everyday, listen to podcasts, read ect but I still find myself unsure of what to do next.Basically im 22 I have 3 properties I own that are STR and all BRRRR'S besides one that is free and clear due to it being old family land that was vacant but had basically a 500 squarefoot teardown on it. 

Not so much with appraisals and private 3rd party inspections.And Lenza my advice specific to you as you try to get into this business is to speak less and listen more.

I am completely new to real estate and have been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast and started reading the Brandon Turner book Rental Property Investing.
