Hello everyone, 

My name is Meelad Ahmadi and I turned 20 years old yesterday. I am completely new to real estate and have been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast and started reading the Brandon Turner book Rental Property Investing. I have decided I want to make a change in my life. I really would love some advice on what steps I should take to get into real estate. I am driven and prepared for the grind.
