Not sure if this option for commercial STR coverage is common knowledge among State Farm agents. 

A more holistic approach that is more art (experience, knowledge, and feel) than science (spreadsheets), but it comes with time.

If you start in your market now and then transition later.. you will have to rebuild your entire network and start over with your knowledge on the selected market.I suggest looking into OOS investing.
