The damage is result of the tankless being installed improperty (the dump line was ran, and hidden away under the furnace where it was not connected to anything and not visible).Through the serial number, my plumber found who purchased it (Plumber C).

Hustle like a wholesaler (mailers, drive for dollars, dial for dollars, build relationships, network, etc), but with the important ethical difference being that these folks are writing offers on properties that they actually intend to close and purchase, so they aren't lying to anyone and there really aren't ethical/legal concerns here.Find hidden units.

Boise is such a hidden gem - and the secret is getting out. :)  As Vogue magazine said in it's recent issue, "Idaho is having a  "moment" " :) There are several involved BP members up here willing to chat and answer any questions.
