there are plenty of other aves that guys /gals like us that are not geared to be hard nosed landlords can do to make income and once you open yourself up to that and do deals and make 50k on a deal in 120 days your like what the heck was i thinking about being a landlord for.

That won't be much skin off your nose but if it's an owner occupied financing arrangement they are taking a huge liability as even if there are exemptions there are still requirements to be met.

the bottom is here in our area in west michigan..we seemed to nose dive sooner than most places did though.Prices should start climbing during the next 6-10 months...just have to keep an eye on all markets because as some go up, others go down
