I was a training director at a KW office and currently an agent at an EXIT office... however my current office has a great deal of online training and KW has a great training program as well.

I work full time as a Program Director at an agency that serves people with disabilities.

So at 10a next Tuesday, May 23rd I'll be meeting with Christina Parrish, the Exec Director of SPAR Council (Springfield Preservation and Revitalization) and going on a tour of the neighborhood with Kevin O'Halloran, SPAR's Community Outreach Coordinator.

I decide who to fine and then they can appeal to the board of directors.

I had an issue where one of the directors of a foreign foundation that was a part owner of one of the companies that was investing in my deal (see, like three levels up the chain of ownership) had the same name as a politician in that country, but we were able to clear it up.

Through my work I have ties to the economic director and they are continually expanding, but yes I couldn't agree more.

It sounds like you would benefit from spending some time with your company's HR director to fully understand their 401(k) offerings.
