But while evictions have many similarities throughout the country, scrupulously following local law and procedure is the key to getting through the process with as little pain as possible.You will probably want to also find and consult a local real estate attorney who does evictions on the process, especially this first time, especially if you suspect you're going to be doing this multiple times in the future.I can't answer your first specific question better than that.

I had a beer with my brother recently and after I laid out my path forward with all the numbers involved, he said “you can’t afford to stay” … pension won’t be worth enough to justify staying in a job that has a pretty hard cap on earnings for a pension that won’t be worth enough to make a difference in my life, let alone the lives of my children.

Makes me wonder why more of them aren't making proper efforts to educate themselves on value and instead think that a house selling for say $250K is a great deal because it is much cheaper than houses where they are from. this happens at every foreclosure auction through out the country..
