I think there is a big disconnect with investor mindsets and turnkey properties.The problem seems to stem from they think 50,000 or 40,000 houses will be in B areas and turnkey.

Hi all, I am confused as what to do regarding title.I am in contract and my confusion stems from my bank wanting me to sign disclosures that I will be using "their people" to pull title, but my lawyer wants me to use "his people" stating it will be  much smother and easier if there is an issue.He says it will be a conflict of interest for the bankI have a feeling that both of them are getting something in return by using "their people"I am not sure who to give the ok to at this point.Any advice?

Andrew Massaro My opinion stems from the fact that in almost all cases I have seen where two or more wholesalers are involved, the transaction either became so convoluted or so over priced with their mark-ups, that the deal was just not a deal anymore.While I agree with you that if you and other wholesalers can benefit from working together (in win win situations), then great, I would agree.
