HELP!!!!!....bit confused

Hi all,

I am confused as what to do regarding title.

I am in contract and my confusion stems from my bank wanting me to sign disclosures that I will be using "their people" to pull title, but my lawyer wants me to use "his people" stating it will be  much smother and easier if there is an issue.

He says it will be a conflict of interest for the bank

I have a feeling that both of them are getting something in return by using "their people"

I am not sure who to give the ok to at this point.

Any advice?

Thanks much

Your lawyer should have your best interests at heart, and if you don't trust that he does, you may want to get a new lawyer. You should be able to feel 100% confident following your lawyer's advice over the bank's.
