These transactions are considered aggressive since the partnership’s prior holding period is not attributed to the individual Exchanger (the former partner and current recipient of the property).

When i do a project and it goes smoothly, I attribute only a part of that to good luck.

Not sure what attributes to being considered a "good agent"...the metric used to be doing a lot of deals, being in a prestigous office, etc.

The nice (about 45 at the time) had a bankruptcy from 4 or 5 years ago, that she attributed to her divorce.  

I wish that the success of our current market cycle could be legitimately and intelligently attributed to us, we the people- but if we get honest it’s the central banking system, the fed, and the executive branch of government (both parties) who do not want to lessen their control or their reputation as to what will happen. 

Here we look at the history of housing price index (log-10 scale) and comparing it to the interest rate of a 10yr treasury note.Normally, across podcasts, blogposts and YouTube videos we hear that recent parabolic rise in housing prices has been attributed, in part, to a massive drop in interest rates going from the Paul Volcker era of the high interest rates in 1980 up to now, when we are in the zero interest rate environment since 2008 (excluding rate hikes from 2016-2018).

What do you attribute your success to? 

A breakdown would attribute smaller values to each of the numbers.

I attribute winning that to being able to see the property come up on the MLS immediately, scheduling a showing immediately, submitting an offer immediately, and directly interacting with the agent.
