I am an aspiring project manager for single family and small multifamily residential projects.

I have a two friends who have similar goals/aspirations and we would like to start investing in real estate.

Beautiful house but has a spiral staircase as the only means to the 2nd story.

BP is steadily becoming the go to answer and resource for aspiring investors.

I've spoken or met with numerous other multi-family investors (both active and aspiring investors), many of whom I met through my BP post from 4 months ago, and learned a ton from them.Why do I feel I haven't contacted enough brokers and submitted enough LOIs?

I've always aspired to live in a tiny home, so this was about half way there at 550 sqft!
