Hey names Daryle, Aspiring Fix & flip investor from Freeport Long Island. I’m currently looking to help out any investors in my area with marketing, cleaning out vacant properties, potentially shadow any pursuing deals. Can also help with closing and holding cost if needed and cold calling if that’s your thing :)
