The price reduction is all it takes for me and the fill via Airbnb or VRBO consistently.

The reason why I went lower on some of those is because of the nature of the Turnkey property and the level of rehab and updating that- to me- allows for a reduction in those areas.

And for some of the work, we would of needed a contractor since we don’t have the experience or expertise to remove weight bearing walls.
