Honestly, it would be lots of back and forth on this forum, or maybe a FaceTime with somebody to help you try to visually trace it around, but that's still difficult.. 

This way for someone that learns visually as well this will make it much easier for them to understand. 

If the visual appeal is the issue those are usually cheaper things to address with paint, molding, and cabinets.

Either way this needs to happen because it could also be very educational as visual people are seeing a process happen with real numbers and scenarios.

The outside looks decent from a visual inspection.

Changed my world when I got one and could visually follow GPS directions and talk hands-free without ever looking away from the road.I also have a fast mobile charger in the car which is a life saver.

Your title insurance company would do that but not until I visually walked the property and got it for the right price.

In my job as a realtor in Chicago I rely heavily on Infosparks, which provides visualizations of data from our local MLS.
