I blame myself for that because he was very easy to deal with the entire time but because my sister and live in different states and I had no idea what I was doing (I had never had a property under contract before) there were a lot of other delays leading up to to inspection period.

Hello I am employed in my company I have about 60k to start in the real estate investing in Hungary, I am thinking about to to make a long-term buy-hold strategy.

Listening to to Ep. 314 where Andresa says she says seeing 0 comps is either really good (hot market) or really bad (no interest).

My question is, is there a go to security system or method experienced rental property investors go to to secure their properties or is it just a matter of figuring it out oneself?

I guess it’s not something I’m used to..to me repeat business=no brainer with relationship building and making sure they’re happy.

My understanding of the BRRRR Strategy to to recoop the purchase price, closing costs, and rehab costs as much as possible. 

I have spent most of my life being a workaholic...or maybe just working way more than I probably needed to to stay ahead, beat the competition, not fail....etc., etc.,   Not sure now that was worthwhile. 

If you don't know how to to do that finding deals is pointless.
