He insisted on micromanaging them and communicating with them himself, put them on "payment plans" that resulted in them getting even further behind, ignored my suggestions to serve 5-days, then looked at his account one day and realized just how far behind they were and that they would need to be evicted (we've already been through one - a few of them I was able to get on track), and blew up blaming everyone but himself.

Things got a little chaotic in my personal life and I didn't realize I had missed two months of rent.

Realized I'm late to the party here so maybe I can help @Jenna Hall in her decision.

We sent the address out immediately and never had that problem (we just realized if we didn't our team would be bombarded and we didn't want to create any doubt or uncertainty in the Guests mind).

I probably have less answers for you, and more questions...We don't really know your experience level, so my first question is, do you realize you typically have to have about 20-25% "skin" in the game for this purchase?  

I love helping people and truly do enjoy my job, but I am already at a young age topped out for compensation and in this field with insurance reimbursement structure the way it is, I am likely to not move up much at all in the future unfortunately.I have always loved personal finance and after accruing ungodly amounts of student loans and navigating paying them off all while efficiently investing in the stock market as well as now real estate I have not only realized how strong my interests are in this area but also my personal skills align in financial planning and personal finance.

Message great guests who had an excellent experience and make sure they realize it will be mutual five stars ***** before you write the review and they will glow you up.

With that being said, I also realize that the cheapest/easiest isn't the best way to go.
