I was thinking if I make the rooms nice and bright with recessed lights maybe I could advertise the rooms as possible home office, fitness room, man cave, your own movie theater, crafts room etc.

It got turned back on without a fee or anything but it was a distraction and PIA.So, yes, beware.Besides downloading music and movies illegally, the bigger issue is if someone downloads things like child porn. 

Love the setting, very similar geology to that first trail on the north end of JT that it seems they  based the movie "Cars" off of. 

They were once elusive and hard to find Pokemon...now there's a support dog on every corner and at the end of every leash. 

The homes that are getting $50k have it all, guest house, pool, tennis court, movie theater, and waterfront/views.

We expect good things to come to us in a movie like way where we work very hard to get them.

I shot a horror movie with some friends in college there in a house on a street that looked like the apocalypse hit. 

Imagine you're watching a movie, and there's a rooftop chase scene where they're running through people's hanging laundry and past television antennas ... those are flat roofs.

Not to mention I enjoy the "Tenant from Hell" Youtube episode.I think Holton-Wise could make a Netflix movie with the Title "Tenant from Hell".
