larger properties usually have several teams that work together on month end turns, if the manager is smart they send in, in this order,, maintenance tech to do any plumbing or repairs needed, change locks,, then painter,, after painter then the cleaner,, then in comes carpet cleaning person they are last in. 

If you want extra protection use a credit card to pay.If working with subs I work with for the first time (carpenters, flooring subs, painters, etc.) - I never give money upfront.

Hi all,I am looking for recommendations for reliable And affordable painters in the Atlanta, preferably Stone Mountain area.

I would need a lead on a good inspector, contractor, painters, a stellar property management company as well as a stellar realtor.

So if you have a contractor that can do the demo or painter to do Kilz or what not at a cheaper rate, you can deduct those from the estimate.

Anyone have a good painter to recommend near Philly.
