I try to close as many as I can of the ones that meet my needs.Assuming you want another deal, there's no reason I can think of to wait.It's like asking a fisherman how much time they wait before going after the next fish...

I don't talk to them unless its my deal specific if they are fishing I just say sorry don't have time for U its all public record.. go dig it up.

Then the negatives: Train tracks, outdoor gun ranges, air strips, school zones, kennels, flood zones, busy/noisy roads, industrial activity, proximity to odor-generating things like a landfill, paper mill, fish processing plant, etc.In other words, unless you have another reliable source of this kind of detail, USE A REALTOR.

I  go in and check to see what temp the hvac is set to, fridge too, if the bought a deep freezer or additional microwaves, 100w bulbs in 60w fixtures, amount of ppl inside, fish tanks, tv's and computers, and of course the indoor 'herb' garden.
