How to find Retail companies to fill a 19000 sq foot building?

How does one go about finding retail companies to fill a 19000 sq ft building in a very small coastal South Georgia town.  No industry there except shrimping and fishing industry.  We have had a retail tenant for 15 years that is about to leave. (Closing all their stores). The town needs a general "catch all" store.  Was originally a Western Auto with furniture building for 30 years and then became a Freds Retail store for 15 years.  There is only a Dollar General and a Winn Dixie there now.  The town is desperate for a grab and go "Walmart" type store. Is there a place to advertise for this type of business.  The location for this store is at the corner of  2 federal highways.  Help!
