If it was built in 1979 or earlier then it will almost certainly be subject to rent control.Read the SF Tenant's Union website - it describes tenants' rights within the city in plain English.

(sorry for any English mistakes if there is any, English is not my first language ).In case j Scott reading this post , hello to you too .My name is OR (means light in Hebrew)and I’m from Las Vegas .I’m currently reading the book on flipping houses by j Scott ,And also watch all bunch of videos on how to flip houses .I’m 25 years old and I’m fully own 2 property that provide me some nice cash flow every month .I am making a very fair income every year and financial stable .I would like , slowly and safety to quit my job even tho I’m making a nice income there and growing into real estate which this is where I really want to be .As I read the Book on flipping houses I’m starting to look for my first deal .I spoke with few agents and hard money lenders and also to some friends of mine and they all say regarding “finding my next deal “ that it’s a very tight market right now and it’s very hard to find deals .Here is my questions :-Is flipping houses is sill a good business on today market ?
