New Investor/Agent in Middle Tennessee!!!
Hello BP family!
My name is James English, 25 years young, and I am a new aspiring investor in Middle Tennessee. Also am a licensed realtor here in Tennessee.
My short term goals are to sell/wholesale enough homes so that I can build my cash reserves. My next step is to buy, fix, and resell properties myself as well as build up a rental income of 10k monthly.
In all respect, I have learned in my short time that there are far too many agents who have little to no understanding of what an investor seeks. (Sidenote: I have plenty to learn myself.) So as an agent my aim is to become the #1 investor agent in my markets! I strongly would like to move into the commercial side of real estate after more time mastering residential sales.
In my attempt to refrain from being long-winded, I just want to say please connect with me, inform me how I can be an asset to you, and share whatever advice you have. I am actively seeking connections with people who have successfully accomplished goals similar to mine, business partners, and accountability partners.
