I attended a town meeting tonight where members of the Planning, Zoning, and Town Council were present.

They said its regulated by a municipality which is the mayor office and city council.

The city council recently passed a law stating that a tenant can add a "family" member to the home without having to submit a rental application. 

This led to almost all of the council people being elected lived in the close-in downtown / west Austin neighborhoods.

Yup unfortunately the bloom is off the bud in the Rose city.. the city council and major allowed homeless to get out of control did not back the police .. made low level drugs Legal etc etc..

Google Maps calls the neighborhood Self-Help Neighborhood Council.

He spent most of his time worrying about bank underwriters, his sugar daddy in Fla and getting his latest project through city council. 

Paul City Council decided to one up Minneapolis earlier this summer so we'll see how that goes across the river.In the end I think these regressive anti-landlord laws will only serve to hurt those who they are meant to protect.

I've reached out to several other companies and nobody responds, does anyone have a recommendation of a good plumber in Omaha/Council Bluffs area?
