Highest Sell Price for SFR: Vacant or Occupied?
I have a 2 bed/1 bath 1000 SF SFR just rehabbed with modest/medium finishes. Was going to rent it and I can get $650, but I may want to sell. The 1% Rule says I "should" get approximately $60k or thereabouts from an investor. I think it might be a stretch to appraise at $60k but I could be wrong. I have been advised that homebuyers will pay the highest but want it vacant. It's on E 69th, just off HWY 71 near Agnes St. Google Maps calls the neighborhood Self-Help Neighborhood Council. It's between E Meyer and E Gregory in KCMO
