I've been investing in real estate for 10 years, but mostly BRRRR, Short Term Rental in Blue Ridge mountains, and recently syndicated an industrial warehouse. 

Lots of the good without the all of the pretentiousness that you find on the other side of the Blue Ridge.

So since I’m a native to New York City, it probably WILL be best to buy in the city.I’ve only lived in nice areas— bay ridge born and raised, park slope, Windsor terraceI want to buy in an area that’s been nice for generations I found a property in Brairwood, Queens.

All - I like the properties I see in Blue Ridge GA.

Chattanooga is a great place to invest and still has plenty of room to grow.My favorite areas of Chattanooga for investors right now (especially those looking for cash flow) are East Ridge and Hixson.

I'm guessing you are looking at the Roslyn Ridge community?  

Port Angeles is close to Hurricane Ridge and Salt Creek for camping.

Panels can be lifted up by hand, the ridge caps aren't actually ridge caps but someone bent metal pieces to DIY a ridge cap, the roof isn't vented, and no underlayment between the asphalt shingles and metal roof.
