Lennar Rosillo creek new construction homes
Hi All,
New to the forum and trying to get experience in buying a new investment property in and around San Antonio. Came across the lennar new construction on N foster road near dollar general distribution center. The crime rate seems high when I checked out on neighborhood scout. Appreciate any advise on this.

@Ryan Estes I bought a new build from LGI homes in NB back in March. its a small 3/2 just renewed the lease with current tenant for 1650$ but the PM said if they left and had to get a new tenant that we could get 18-1900$. My co worker just but money down on a place from them as well. They are pretty good with investors. Cory the LGI sales guy for that area is super cool. DM me if you want his contact info or anything.
