As an agent I'm seeing a lot of activity in the Short Term Rental areas in and around Charlottesville, VA. I'm wondering what strategies people are using with all the restrictions and regulations in place for the county?

I have avoided the area and invested in the Lexington/Staunton area.  Farm stays are popular.
