New Western usually has decent product but I’m not sure how many states they cover…  Good thing you’re doing your HW..Depending on your market you may want to dig a lil deeper and connect with the good ones in that specific location.

I like index funds Vanguard best way to play the market super cheap index beats all managed funds over a decade .So there are national aspects to the housing and locale ones too.The madness of loaning money to any beating heart is not there this time.I see the rest of the western world has negative rates ,with Japan .All my rents are up sharply here doing very well wish I had more!

I currently live on the Eastern shore of Maryland but am looking to move somewhere on the "western shore"(some where west of the bay bridge within a hour of the DC area).

I prefer mid Western and South Eastern states to have multiple advantages.

New Western Acc is a dishonest, misleading & therefore going to be ordered to pay me back.

My sister is an IT at Western Michigan University she's also considering earlier retirement and doing consulting work.
