As a contractor I am working with remarked today.  

@William HowleyFiling for bankruptcy places an "automatic stay" on all the debtors assets meaning that the foreclosure cannot take place until the bankruptcy judge (or trustee) releases the property from the bankruptcy.Typically in the introductory remarks the attorney or sheriff conducting the sale disclaims any liability for title issues with the exception that if they are unable convey title the money will be refunded.  

To be unclear is to be unkind. 

I personally would not go to the trouble unless selling, but my tenants all remarked on how they liked it.  

What you are doing is remarkable and inspirational.

Thank God it's back, I realize even more now how bad the new one was....I hope they (BP) at least kept the remarks we all made....some good points were made and a good checklist of positives could be developed therein....Now this is a great forum again....!

Or review interior photos/upgrade remarks of sold comparables to see what the area supports.

My interest was sparked bc of very interesting listing remark, but it turned out to be nothing like the listing agent said.
