If this is happening in CA, I'm pretty sure you are acting as a broker when you acquire notes to resell.

@John Thedford   Sounds like the genie is out of the bottle regarding the DRE and this Investor.Pretty hard to make the argument your not acting as an agent when you post to resell something you don't personally own...other wise why would there be a need for a real estate industry in the first place.
