@Jared Luhman, while I cannot speak to Minnesota and the lakes amongst the state, I will note with the right marketing and a product that can stop people from scrolling amongst the seemingly hundreds of listings on any market, I would imagine you could make a successful run at it.As Jeff noted, first and foremost should be a study of which communities do not allow Airbnb and avoid those.
