Since these properties are on the low-mid price range, and buyers of these properties might have below average credit, would selling these properties using seller financing be a good exit? 

I moved home to California and turned it into a short to mid term rental.

I've got a place in the mid-coast, near Brunswick.

Purchase price: $70,000 used as a mid term rental..

My syndicated CRE investments have done 23% avg annual returns since mid-90s, many rolled over and over by 1031, giving effective tax yield near 37%/year if I were to ever sell, which I hope I never shall, just pass to kids with basis step up on first 13.6 Meg.

This is a mid term rental and I receive substantially more than surrounding comps for monthly rent. 

Seller is closing Mid June unless the newly formed Co Op can find financing to buy the property themselves.

Hello,I'm a rookie real estate investor currently house hacking in the greater Asheville NC area looking to purchase a mid or long term rental property in a nearby area.

BTW, I am also, a Long Term, Mid-Term and AirBNB Investor. 

Whether that is putting more money down, rent by the room, mid term, short term, etc., there's just no path that I see to get any real month to month cash flow (like actual cash flow, not spreadsheet cash flow).
